Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unusedunwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain items like personal care products, feeding accessories, or clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1.    Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.

2.    Well guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup or drop-off, depending on your location.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, well process your refund or exchange within 57 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Well arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
